Discovery Call

A discovery call is a free 20 minute call and opportunity for us to get acquainted and discover the best way to embark on your ADHD Coaching journey!

I'll share a little about the coaching process and myself.
But mostly I want to hear from you and about your journey.
I'll answer any questions you may have, and I'll have a couple for you too!

Packages

I offer 30 minute and 50 minute sessions in either an Ongoing; pay as you go capacity, or Packages; with discounts the more sessions you commit to.

Full payment must be received at the time of booking; prior to the commencement of each session for ongoing, and the first session when a package is purchased. If you don't see a package that fits your needs below, feel free to reach out or book a discovery call above and we can discuss it.

Ongoing

With Ongoing, we find the best groove that works for you.

I do recommend a minimum commitment of 4 sessions however to see what it can do for you, but you are free to pay per session and you can therefore book in whenever best suits you.

I do tend to recommend a maximum of 6 months of sessions depending on frequency and your individual needs. This doesn't mean we can't schedule additional sessions in the future if needed.

An up front commitment and payment of 4 sessions. You have 10 weeks from the time of purchase to use all 4 sessions.
